Wesley D. Ehrhardt, Attorney At Law

Wesley D. Ehrhardt, Attorney At Law

Wesley D. Ehrhardt, Accident and Injury Attorney at Patterson & Ehrhardt PLLC

A lifelong Mississippian, Wes grew up in Madison, Mississippi, where he graduated from Madison Ridgeland Academy in 1999. Wes received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 2003 with a B.A. in English. In 2005, Wes returned home to attend Mississippi College School of Law, where he served as chair of the moot court board. After earning his Juris Doctorate in 2008, Wes went to work for the national labor and employment defense firm Ogletree Deakins, where he cut his teeth for three years prior to founding Patterson & Ehrhardt, PLLC with his lifelong friend John Calvin Patterson in Como, Mississippi in 2012.

Although being one of only three lawyers in the small town of Como has afforded Wes a wealth of experience in a variety of practice areas over the years, his passion lies in the arena of personal injury law.

Helping people with injuries allows Wes to fight insurance companies, which — for reasons he’ll gladly tell you in person — he hates with a burning passion. When he’s not fighting insurance companies, he’s putting his knowledge of employment law to work helping people who have been discriminated against by their employers.

Wes and his wife, Natalie Troutt Ehrhardt, reside in Como, where he is an active member of Holy Innocents Episcopal Church, where he has served on the vestry and as senior warden. An avid sports fan, Wes enjoys golfing, fishing, and supporting his beloved Ole Miss Rebels and New Orleans Saints.

Wes is licensed in the State of Mississippi and has been admitted to practice in the following courts:

  • Mississippi Supreme Court
  • Tribal Court of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians
  • U.S. District Court, Northern District of Mississippi
  • U.S. District Court, Southern District of Mississippi
  • U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York
  • U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas
  • U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit
  • U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit
  • U.S. Court of Federal Claims

Serving the small town of Como as its only law firm has afforded Wes and John Calvin a wealth of experience in a variety of practice areas. Over time, the partners developed a particular passion for holding insurance companies accountable in personal injury cases and have established a reputation as one of the leading personal injury firms in north Mississippi.

Wes, his wife Natalie and their son Elliot reside in Como. When he is not seeking justice for clients who have been involved in an accident or discriminated against by their employers, Wes enjoys supporting his beloved Ole Miss Rebels and New Orleans Saints.
